23719 SVP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Systems Analyst to join our growing team and evolving financial systems landscape. This role will support the Company’s financial ERP system’s successful implementation, administration, and continuous improvement. Additionally this role will act as the system expert, collaborating with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert for the Company’s financial ERP systems, including the general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, and leases.
Partner with stakeholders during ERP implementation to ensure requirements are met and future-state processes are scalable.
Adeptly transform accounting and finance processes into efficient system workflows.
Configure and maintain the ERP’s entity structure, chart of accounts, security roles, business processes, and financial reporting.
Administer system updates, conduct user acceptance testing, and coordinate with the financial ERP systems support team.
Lead optimization efforts including automation, custom reports, dashboards, and integrations.
Create and maintain workflow documentation for finance users.
Manage user permissions, segregation of duties, and audit support.
Identify opportunities to improve finance operations and drive process standardization and automation.
Support data governance, data quality, and reconciliations in partnership with accounting/FP&A teams.
Stay informed about system features and best practices.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience with ERP systems (implementation and/or post-implementation support).
Open to remote or Hybrid Experience with Workday or Oracle preferred.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting concepts.
Experience with ERP project lifecycles (design, build, test, deploy).
Analytical mindset with skills in report writing and business process analysis.
Effective communication and change management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
