Banking Full Job Description Description:

The Treasury Management Operations Support Specialist supports the onboarding, maintenance, and ongoing support of treasury services accounts, including ACH origination, Wire Transfers, Remote Deposit Capture, and various Online Banking services. Responsible for aiding the Treasury Services sales staff with origination, setup, and support-related functions. This includes managing daily deposit and treasury service operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and supporting various treasury services products, ensuring effective delivery of service offerings.

Functions and Responsibilities:

Facilitate member processing ACH origination files, wire transfers, Remote Deposit, and other treasury services functions timely and accurately. Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports to management. Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of treasury management accounts. Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements. Participate in treasury-related projects, including system implementations and process improvements. Provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding treasury operations and inquiries. Proactively identifies, evaluates, recommends and implements changes to operational processes/procedures resulting in departmental efficiencies. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

Knowledge of banking and financial regulations. Must show proficiency in treasury management systems and Microsoft Office Suite effectively and efficiently. Must demonstrate an elevated level of professionalism and financial industry knowledge, superior client service management skills, and the ability to interact with clients and associates at all levels.

Experience:

Three to five years of product development and analytical experience with emphasis on Treasury Management products and proven experience in project management and/or vendor management in financial services.

Education:

A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
