We have recently expanded our capabilities as a single source supplier by adding a Mechanical Services Division as well as becoming a Misc. Steel manufacturer. These new services will reduce construction costs and eliminate coordination with multiple suppliers and subcontractors. Our focus will be to enhance the services provided to our General Contractor network nationwide. AES has 4 different fabrication facility locations nationwide to assist our customers and reduce their freight cost and shipment lead times. Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will be essential in driving the success of Lennox AES by leading advanced financial planning and analysis activities. You will actively contribute to special projects that are critical for growth and expansion, ensuring strategic financial oversight and insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis:

Collaborate with cross-business teams to conduct comprehensive financial analyses, ensuring a deep understanding of financial implications and strategic fit.

Reporting & Insights:

Generate, analyze, and validate financial reports to ensure the accuracy of financial data. Identify emerging trends and competitive developments, present actionable insights to senior management.

Financial Forecasting:

Assist with financial forecasting efforts, providing accurate and forward-looking insights to guide decision-making. Report on variances.

Financial Modeling:

Support the development of financial models and other analytical tools.

Reconciliation & Compliance:

Oversee reconciliation of internal accounts, ensuring compliance with established financial policies and procedures.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience).
