The Insurance/Financial Coordinator would assist with but not limited to: Processing and submitting insurance claims Daily posting of insurance payments and patient payments Monitoring and following-up on outstanding claims Understanding of Collection and AR Reports Verifying insurance benefits Sending monthly statements Handling incoming and return calls from patients regarding account inquiries and issues Correspondence with insurances to resolve any payment or information issues Must be detailed oriented and be a team player Requirement(s): High school Diploma 1-3 years of dental billing experience is preferred Prior dental or medical industry experience is a plus
