The ideal candidate hasexpertise administering and configuring Workday Financials with adeep understanding of financial reporting and accounting operationsprocesses. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills willbe important to success in this role, along with the ability toeffectively partner with stakeholders and develop creativesolutions. The role reports to the Director, Financial Systems. Idealcandidates will be based in the Chicago area; however, remotecandidates will be considered.

Job Description and Requirements

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

Ownership of standard Workday administrator tasks including,but not limited to: building reports and dashboards, configurebusiness process definitions, enable integrations, maintain setupdata, assess and execute feature adoption, regression testing newreleases Translate business requirements into functional specificationsand designs to develop scalable solutions Partner cross-functionally with various stakeholders to supportand transform business processes Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and managefinancial system impact of new programs (from design toimplementation and post-deployment support) Maintain data integrity across all system integrations andworkflows Service-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and alwaysconsidering UX Create and maintain comprehensive systems documentation,including: architectural and functional designs, businessrequirements documents, process flows, test scripts, trainingmaterials Manage system-related controls in light of reporting, audit andcontrol objectives Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions Demonstrate consistent commitment to core company values

JOBQUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or related field orequivalent work experience Minimum 5 years’ experience administering and managing ERPsystems and financial applications, preferably WorkdayFinancials Experience configuring complex requirements and drivingoptimization projects, such as building and enhancing workflows,managing integrations, and creating robust reporting deliverables Solid understanding of finance processes, with in-depthknowledge of the revenue recognition processRelativity is committedto competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

Thisposition is eligible for total compensation which includes acompetitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-termincentives. The expected salary range for this role is betweenfollowing values:$88,000 and $132,000The final offered salary willbe based on several factors, including but not limited to thecandidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, andinternal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would notbe typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in thisposition.
