Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis. Develop and refine financial models that support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate cost structures, margins, and operational drivers. Take ownership of the budget cycle and rolling forecast processes for designated business segments. Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leaders across the organization. Support special projects such as pricing evaluations, capital planning, and performance optimization. Perform variance analysis and scenario modeling to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
