Responsibilities:
Contact customers regarding payment status and document updates in Collections System. Responsible for invoice reconciliation process each morning. Distribute weekly aging reports to our sales teams. Conduct monthly meeting with sales organization to review high risk accounts. Researches invoice discrepancies and unapplied checks. Processes credit card payments and any necessary credits on a customer’s account.
Qualifications:
Previous Collections/Customer Service experience preferred. Skilled in both verbal and written communication Proven analytical and problem solving skills Capable of identifying customer needs and maintain and support a customer service philosophy Ability to use decision making skills to offer options and resolve problems in a variety of contexts in a fast paced environment. Has talent to exercise good judgment. Knack for adapting to constant changes in work environment, work assignments, and/or changes in priorities Ability to have difficult conversations with large customers
Education:
College degree preferred or equivalent work experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
Compensation :
$17-$20 per hour, plus monthly bonuses Medical Insurance with premiums paid at 100% for employees AND dependents Dental Insurance 100% paid for Employee Vision Insurance HSA with Employer Contributions Life Insurance Short Term Disability Long Term Disability 401(k)
Plan Profit Sharing:
Typical annual contribution of 15% of total eligible compensation Paid Holidays AND PTO Cancer, Critical Illness, and Accident Policies available
Physical Requirements:
Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation; ability to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email. Requires extended periods of sitting, normal walking, bending, twisting, and stretching. Capability of sight and hearing required. Ability to deal with stressful situations and occasionally working extended hours. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
