Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HCM Functional Application Analyst III to provide expert-level support for enterprise HCM applications. This role will focus on system configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, and supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation business processes across various ERP platforms, including PeopleSoft, Workday, and SAP . The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of functional experience in enterprise HCM applications and can work across multiple platforms to support business operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional and technical support for HCM systems, ensuring seamless operation across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation modules. Lead system enhancements, configurations, and business process improvements to optimize system performance. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and implement functional solutions. Troubleshoot system issues, integrations, and data discrepancies across multiple HCM platforms. Support data conversion and integration efforts across ERP systems, ensuring data integrity. Assist with system integrations, including third-party payroll providers and other external vendors. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using reporting tools native to various ERP platforms. Manage security roles, user access, and compliance-related configurations. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and support release management. Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to optimize system utilization.

Qualifications Qualifications & Experience:

7-10 years of functional experience with enterprise HCM applications such as PeopleSoft, Workday, and SAP . Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Core HR modules across multiple ERP platforms. Experience with system configuration, business process setup, and troubleshooting within HCM systems. Hands-on experience with data integration, reporting tools, and analytics across different HCM ERP systems. Proficiency in query languages such as SQL and reporting tools used within PeopleSoft, Workday, or SAP. Experience managing system security, user access, and compliance in enterprise environments. Knowledge of testing methodologies , including unit testing, UAT, and regression testing. Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while supporting enterprise HCM applications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across business functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Workday

HCM, SAP

SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft HCM . Experience with HCM ERP migration or system integration projects . Familiarity with healthcare organizations or other highly regulated industries . Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as

JIRA, HP
