Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm

Primary Responsibilities :

Job costing Ink usage analysis and validation Perform monthly ink and coating inventory End-to-end Accounts Payable processes Variance analysis (analyzing estimate to actual close out costs on all jobs) Cost analysis AR collections Inventory management for offsite suppliers Provide other ad hoc support Participate in ad hoc projects Support month end processes in a timely manner End to end Accounts Receivables process Qualifications Must possess a high level of attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively Familiarity with job costing or cost accounting concepts preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word) Strong time and task management skills Team player
