//www.southfieldcapital.com/ Position Overview & Responsibilities The Analyst, Financial Systems will report directly to the Director of Financial Systems and will be responsible for various functions in the Accounting Department. Our work environment is fast paced, positive and has a result oriented internal growth focus. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting a bridge to translate financial requirements into technical solutions. The Financial System Analyst’s core responsibilities will include the following: Contribute to the enhancement of ERP systems and proprietary software, optimizing workflows, and enhancing cross-functional efficiency Hands-on involvement with system maintenance and testing Gathering and analyzing accounting/financial data generated by ERP systems and proprietary software to ensure data accuracy and integrity Hands on work with system integrations, including but not limited to data cleansing and data migration Instrumental to building out Master Database Help identify issues and assist with troubleshooting and training to ensure smooth operations and the overall financial health of the organization Assist with documentation of system processes, configurations, and infrastructure Acting as a liaison with Software and IT teams to translate financial requirements into technical specifications Education, Skills and Experience 1 to 4 years of relevant finance and/or accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or MIS preferred Experience in the Service Industry and/or SaaS industry (Guarding Industry a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Must have expertise using Pivot Tables, Conditional Sum, Logical functions, V-Lookup functions, etc.
Familiarity with ERP systems:
Sage Intaact Functional knowledge preferred
MS Power Platform:
Forms, Power Automate, SharePoint development highly desirable Excellent analytical skills Solid communications skills (oral & written) Ability to tackle tasks independently Travel Travel will be intermittent but expected to be less than 25%. A valid Driver’s License is required. Position Type Full-time, Exempt Function Accounting Compensation Compensation includes base salary and a discretionary, performance based year-end bonus.
