JOB SUMMARY
Seacoast Bank is seeking adetail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst III to join ouraccounting team. This role is essential in performing complexaccounting processes which may include loans, derivatives,securities and related line of business, ensuring accuratefinancial reporting, supporting system implementations, and mergerand acquisition (“M&A”) activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead daily and monthly financial deliverables andreconciliations. Ensure accurate posting of accounting entries and compliancewith US GAAP. Support system upgrades and M&A integrationprojects. Monitor data integrity and implement internalcontrols. Collaborate with auditors and cross-functional teams. Contribute to special projects and financial analysisinitiatives. External and Internal audit review and support. Adhere to Seacoast Bank’s Code of Conduct. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relatedfield. 5+ years of experience in accounting or financialoperations. Experience working for a financial institution or a publiclytraded company preferred. CPA or public accounting experience preferred. Strong partnership, analytical, and problem-solvingskills. Proficiency in Microsoft financial and collaboration products,and other financial systems. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Demonstrates continuous self-development and intellectualcuriosity.
