We are seeking a proactive and analytical Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee the performance and strategic direction of our real estate assets. Job Summary The Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager will be responsible for maximizing the value of our property portfolio by monitoring asset performance, developing value-enhancing strategies, managing budgets, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of real estate assets (residential, commercial, or mixed-use). Develop and implement asset-level strategies to optimize returns and achieve investment goals. Analyze financial reports, budgets, rent rolls, and market data to identify trends and opportunities. Coordinate with property management teams to ensure efficient operations, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction. Manage capital improvement projects and oversee vendor relationships and service contracts. Prepare asset-level business plans and quarterly investor reports. Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing efforts, including due diligence and underwriting. Monitor leasing activity, occupancy rates, and rent collections to ensure consistent cash flow. Conduct regular site visits and inspections of properties.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA or CPM is a plus). 3-7 years of experience in real estate asset management or property management. Strong understanding of financial modeling, investment analysis, and budgeting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Argus, and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI). Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
