Job Description We are looking for a Financial Analyst to manage the financials for a construction project in close collaboration with the assigned project manager(s). This position will be full-time contract and onsite in Miramar, FL. Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, only US Citizens and Green Card Holders/Permanent residents will be considered for this role. Candidates must be able to work directly on CAI’s W2. What You’ll Do Ensure financial tools are made available for project tracking, monitoring, and initial financial planning Develop monthly forecasted spend across all projects and submit to the NB Finance team Oversee risk mitigation and change management, focusing on the financial impact of potential change requests and risks Proactively manage potential issues and provide regular executive summaries and updates

What You’ll Need Required:

4+ years of financial experience Strong leadership skills and experience in engaging with people and managing travel Excellent knowledge of project management practices Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet project goals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking Ability to work independently with limited supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Power BI reporting and planning tools Bachelor’s degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training

Preferred:
