Role Summary:
EPD LATAM
area finance group consists of 1 Regional Controller, 2 Sr. Managers, 2 FP&A Managers, 1 Demand Manager, 1 Supervisor, 1 Demand Planner and an FPDP. The group supports the EPD Latin America 11 affiliates (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, CAC, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador,Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay) with $1B in revenue along with 6 manufacturing sites,Operations and HQ. Each member has their own specific focus on financial reporting & demand planning (i.e. Balance sheet, P&L, sales, S&OP etc.). In addition to planning, the team performs month close activities demand/finance which include sales analysis, price, margin mix, gross margin, SG&A, R D among others.
Responsibilities:
- Support the FP&A team with monthy closing and LBE/Plan processes.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly Area & Executive S&OP material with inputs from Areas, Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence & Demand on Market Share Recon & Competitive
analysis. - Responsible for ASP/Margin/Profitability analysis (i.e. std margin reports per brand/TA).
- Support and participate in the monthly Supply Chain Review Meetings.
- Manage Miami HQ budget (consolidation, reporting & forecasting).
- Provide Ad-Hoc analysis and reporting as needed by the
EPD LATAM
Finance team.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each working process.
- Systems usage include SAP, Prime, SAC, Power BI, Think Cell.
