Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and research on real estate opportunities
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate property performance and market trends
• Create financial models to assess investment returns and risks
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions or dispositions
• Monitor and report on the performance of existing real estate assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support asset management activities
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and investment analysis
• Proficiency in financial modeling (Will be tested
• at least 4 years of experience)
• Excellent quantitative research skills with attention to detail
• Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
