We are seeking a motivated Dental Financial Treatment Coordinator to join our team! This role is perfect for someone with strong who enjoys helping patients navigate financing options for their dental care. As a key part of our front-office team, you will educate patients on available financial plans, maximize case acceptance, and ensure a seamless payment process. •Seeking applicants with a minimum of one year experience in a dental office front desk position

Key Responsibilities:

Present and explain financial options, payment plans, and insurance benefits to patients Assist patients in applying for third-party financing (CareCredit, Cherry, Sunbit, etc.) Drive case acceptance by overcoming objections and highlighting the value of treatment Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment plans and financing approvals Maintain accurate records of financial agreements and patient transactions Work closely with the dental team to coordinate treatment scheduling and financial arrangements Meet or exceed financial and case acceptance goals through effective patient communication

Qualifications:

Experience in dental financing, or front office coordination preferred Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills Ability to discuss financial matters with confidence and empathy Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment plans, and financing options is a plus Goal-driven and comfortable in a sales-oriented role Why Join Us?
