Position Overview We are seeking a capable and driven Junior Real Estate Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a solid foundation in financial modeling, market research, and investment analysis. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support the evaluation, underwriting, and execution of new development opportunities, while gaining exposure to all phases of the real estate investment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain Excel-based financial models for new acquisitions and development projects Research market comps, rent trends, absorption, and vacancy data using CoStar Analyze property data, zoning information, and tax records for potential sites Prepare preliminary underwriting packages for internal investment review Assist in creating investment memos and presentation materials for internal use Support due diligence efforts including site visits and consultant coordination Track project performance against budget and timeline benchmarks Participate in team meetings and weekly pipeline review sessions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field 1-2 years of real estate, investment, or financial analysis experience (internships count) Strong proficiency in Excel and ability to build and edit financial models Familiarity with CoStar and market research tools Highly organized with strong analytical and data management skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a collaborative team environment How to Apply Ready to build your career with us?
