The successful candidate will create financial models, dashboards, presentations and reports for a variety of corporate functional areas, including: accounting/finance, legal, operations and executive management. The Associate Financial Analyst will assist the company in analyzing new partnership opportunities, evaluating vendor relationships, unlocking growth opportunities, improving operations, developing daily and monthly reports and dashboards, and creating the monthly Board reporting package. The Associate Financial Analyst is a high visibility post within the company, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and will have direct interaction with the Chief Executive Officer and President. The successful candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance, accounting, economics, management, health care management, business, engineering or a related field is required. Other majors will be considered but the candidate must have the skills and experience to be successful in the position.

Experience:

Between one and three years of relevant analytic experience is required. Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not necessary. Internship experience can count towards the time requirement if it is clearly relevant to the position.

Computer:

Must have demonstrable and preferably advanced skills in Excel and be fluent in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Additional knowledge and experience in Access and SQL a significant plus for analysis work. Knowledge and experience in practice management and electronic health records and project management software considered a plus.

Finance:

Understanding of financial statements and ability to create financial models and reports is required.

Communications:

Ability to accurately convey concepts in documentation, as well as through reports and written and oral communication is required.

Other:

Must have a valid Florida driver’s license with the ability to travel to company sites in Northeast Florida during normal business hours, with infrequent additional overnight travel to other sites in the Florida Panhandle.
