//www.jnj.com/ The MedTech Supply Chain Source team is an organization with global impact, supporting MedTech Third Party Manufacturing and Procurement organizations to deliver high quality, reliable, and cost competitive products. This particular position on the Source Finance team focuses on our Vision Business Unit and will support Vision’s Direct Procurement metrics and KPIs. This role will lead close and reporting responsibilities and will require strong leadership and framing skills. The candidate will work with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of results, risks, and opportunities. The role will also offer an opportunity to contribute significantly to the standardization of activities, the improvement of processes, and the delivery of project cost savings.

Responsibilities:

Provide strong financial leadership and act as a key business partner to Vision Procurement and Supply Chain teams to drive informed decision-making. Coordinate Vision monthly close activities ensuring accurate and insightful reporting of financials

  • particularly PPV, articulating key drivers and formulating strategic messaging to cross-functional stakeholders.

Support PPV forecasting, including CIPs and market-driven direct material cost changes, to enable strategic adjustments and financial optimizations. Lead the evaluation and support of critical initiatives by developing and presenting comprehensive financial models and scenarios to Senior Management. Champion continuous improvement across Source and Supply Chain Finance teams, reducing complexity, eliminating duplication, and standardizing processes for efficiency and automation. Lead proactive engagement in the End-to-End Gross Profit Orchestration and SigniFi journeys within Finance to drive transformational change. Ensure compliance with Purchase Price Variance (PPV), Cost Improvement Projects (CIPs), Capital Construction-in-Process (CIP), and general accounting and business policies & procedures. Support the strategic development of annual standard costs with business partners, influencing sourcing and costing decisions for innovative new product launches to ensure robust financial planning and execution.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance. A CPA, CMA, or MBA are also preferred. A minimum of 4 years of finance or related business experience is required. Supply Chain experience strongly preferred. Must possess the ability to partner with people at all levels of the organization and have strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, required. The ability to maintain, improve and build efficient sound business processes is required. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills, required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel & PowerPoint) is required Experience in SAP, TM1, PowerBI, and other digitally enabled tools is preferred. The candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity and have experience building and implementing financially viable business models, required. The candidates must have good communication skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be passionate about meeting stretch objectives, required. This position has a preferred location in Jacksonville, FL, but could also be based in New Brunswick, NJ, Bridgewater, NJ, Titusville, NJ, Raritan, NJ; Spring House, PA; Horsham, PA, West Chester, PA, or Tampa, Florida and may require up to 10% domestic travel.
