We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior FP& A Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute directly to the financial strategy of the business. Responsibilities:
+ Develop and measure key business KPIs to assess performance. + Analyze, prepare, and review financial statements and reports. + Build and maintain financial models and projections. + Support budgeting and forecasting processes to align with company goals. + Lead financial analysis for projects to provide strategic insights. + Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather financial data. + Monitor financial and operational metrics within the MH industry. + Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. + Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling. + Experience with advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. + Previous experience with financial systems like SAP (preferred but not required) and relevant certifications (CFA/CPA preferred).
