- About the
Role:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven
- Finance Master Data Analyst
- to join our finance operations team. This critical role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and governance of finance master data across SAP and integrated systems. You’ll support end-to-end accounting and controlling data processes while enabling process improvements and driving compliance across multiple finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- + Maintain and update the
- Chart of Accounts
- in alignment with group standards. + Manage
- accounting and controlling master data
- across systems (SAP, My Market, Compass, Tiger, etc.). + Collaborate cross-functionally with
- General Ledger, R2R, C2A, I2P, Treasury
- and other teams. + Track, analyze, and report
- KPI dashboards
- and propose data-driven action plans. + Document and enhance internal MDM processes in line with TAP guidelines. + Act as the go-to expert for
- finance data queries
- and operational challenges. + Identify opportunities for
- data harmonization
- , process optimization, and risk mitigation. + Support finance system
- integration
- and change management initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:
- ✅
Technical Proficiency:
- + Strong experience in
- SAP finance modules
- and master data management. + Advanced Microsoft Excel; familiarity with
- PowerBi, TM1, Blackline, Magnitude, Tiger
- . + Solid understanding of
- accounting rules, standards
- , and internal controls.

Analytical & Operational Skills:
- + Ability to create, interpret, and improve performance dashboards and KPIs. + Process-driven mindset with experience in
