POSITION OVERVIEW
The Treasury Management Specialist provides exceptional client service is responsible for providing operational support to commercial clients, Commercial Relationship Managers, and the Treasury Management Officers for the various cash management services offered by Bank of Central Florida. The Treasury Management Specialist provides support in the areas of Account Analysis, Commercial Online & Mobile Banking, ACH, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Wire Funds Transfer and/or related services and will become the subject matter expertise in these areas.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation of treasury management services for commercial and community offices including tracking of new set-ups and cross-sales. Processes client enrollment documentation and review documents for accuracy. Maintains knowledge of Treasury products and services. Accurately and timely responds to inquiries from external and internal clients related to Treasury Services. Provide client support for Treasury Services including but not limited to: reset of passwords for online services and RDC, assistance to clients on usage of the Treasury online services, general banking questions, and resolution of other issues clients may have. Partner with internal and external clients to resolve operational issues or special requests related to Treasury Services. Proactively identifies recurring issues and recommends long term solutions. Proactively identifies and recommends products and services to assist clients utilizing Treasury Services knowledge. Ensure proper account documentation and all requisite agreement execution to include scanning documents for retention in image system. Maintain updated client lists for services used to include audit checks for services requiring annual or periodic reviews. Provide audit information as required annually. Maintain Account Analysis system for addition of new client relationships, updates to existing clients/accounts, and input of data for billing of manually input services. Assist in training clients via phone on various treasury management products. Demonstrate ongoing learning agility by actively participating in continuing education opportunities. Consistently provide a high level of client service, both internally and externally, representing the Bank professionally, efficiently, and tactfully. Fulfill responsibilities under the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations. This may include identifying customers properly, initiating CTRs and SARs investigations as needed, utilizing OFAC records and maintaining appropriate records. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
College degree or equivalent, preferably in business management or finance. Minimum two to three years of Treasury Management experience preferred. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
General office environment that requires the extensive use of arms, hands, and fingers. Frequently required to sit / stand for extended periods of time, reach with arms and hands, stand, walk, stoop, talk and hear. May be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
