Financial Analyst II – Service Line Support Position Available In Indian River, Florida

As Financial Analyst II on this team, you will analyze financial operations and information to provide decision support to executive staff. You will interact directly with local and regional Finance teams, executives and hospital leaders, offering a unique way to gain experience from some of the best experts in the field. This dynamic role is a great steppingstone to others within the department and beyond, including Finance Director, Manager and more.

• A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
• A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Prepare, analyze, and communicate key financial information.

+ Provide support to management and other caregivers regarding financial reporting and related issues. + Assist with budget preparation, budget review for compliance and financial reporting. + Consult with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures. + Perform special projects and duties related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field and two years of financial/revenue cycle management or general analytical experience + OR High School Diploma/GED and six years of experience + OR Associate’s Degree and four years of experience + OR Master’s Degree and one year of experience Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Healthcare experience Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities. Pay Range Minimum hourly:

$22.85 Maximum hourly: $34.85 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set, and education.
