RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budget reports to support strategic planning and decision-making. Analyze store-level performance metrics, including sales, labor, cost of goods sold (COGS), and other controllable expenses. Collaborate with operations and finance teams to assess financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Support monthly and quarterly close processes through variance analysis, P&L review, and reporting. Design and manage dynamic dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Mirus. Extract, validate, and analyze data from Restaurant365 (R365) and other internal systems to support business reporting needs. Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to inform decisions across finance, operations, and senior leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance, FP&A, or analytical role. Prior experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit retail industry is strongly preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Mirus for reporting and dashboard creation. Familiarity with Restaurant365 (R365) or other restaurant financial systems is a plus. Solid understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and unit economics. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
