Remote Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to support key finance functions, including the creation of investment fund statements and processing activities related to IFRS within Workday ERP. This role will serve as a liaison between client teams and investment funds, ensuring accurate documentation and process tracking. This job will have the following responsibilities: Generate investment fund statements based on client team inputs. Maintain and update cash receipt trackers. Research and respond to inquiries from investment funds. Perform first-level review and approval of customer refunds. Manage the accounts receivable imaging mailbox and direct live payment processing. Oversee live checks sent to locations outside of clients bank accounts. Assist in documenting and improving financial processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong ability to work independently and reverse engineer existing processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Experience with Workday Financials and Accounts Receivable functions is preferred. Proficiency in English is required.
