Job Description
Our client is a large SEC-registered Investment Advisor, and they are seeking an Investment Analyst to support the firms Portfolio Managers in the coordinated delivery of services to their ultra-high net worth and institutional clients. This role will support in both investment and administrative processes.
Your role responsibilities include:
Support the Portfolio Manager in all areas to provide exceptional service to clients and counterparties. Prepare investment plans with PM guidance for individual client portfolios. Work with the PM, Operations team and external counterparties to develop and monitor execution of trades. Support PM’s client and counterparty communication. Coordinate internal resources including Client Services, Research and Operations to provide maximum leverage to PM’s time and to make certain that client needs are met.
Qualification:
5+ years’ work experience in financial services required (private banking, buy-side analyst, client services, investment adviser or related role). An undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting or related degree required. Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Superb organizational, project management and interpersonal skills. Extreme attention to detail. Required languages – Spanish and English.
