We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join our client’s team! A Real Estate Investment Analyst analyzes real estate properties and market trends to support investment decisions, typically working for commercial real estate firms, investment management companies, or REITs. They evaluate financial data, market conditions, and property performance to assess potential investment opportunities, manage portfolios, and advise on acquisitions and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough research on real estate markets, including property types, trends, and investment opportunities.
Financial Modeling and Valuation:

Property Underwriting:
