This position requires the candidate to work in the office 5 days a week. It is not a remote position. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and help the CEO manage all companies. To succeed in this position, the Jr Assistant to the CEO must have strong analytical, communication, administrative, and attention to detail skills. Duties and Responsibilities Assist the CEO in the management of all companies’ operations. Help the CEO maximize all business development and sales efforts to increase the revenues of all companies. Assist the CEO with the development and implementation of new marketing campaigns. Follow up with members of the company management team to ensure prompt completion of tasks and projects the CEO deems as top priorities. Perform financial analysis on Excel as requested by the CEO and present insights derived from the analysis. Collect and prepare information for meetings with the board of directors, company staff and outside parties, including reports and presentations. Review and ensure accurate completion and timely submission of any reports and presentations requested by the CEO from different departments and executives at the company. Composing and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential. Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, as needed for the CEO. Help proofread presentations, documents, letters, and contracts. Set up internal and external meetings for the CEO. Complete expense reports for the CEO. Promptly and thoroughly execute any other tasks requested by the CEO.

Education, Experience & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Ability to learn, understand complex topics and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual:

English, Spanish is a plus. Demonstrated knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office software applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and other platforms.
