Are you a finance professional with a strongaccounting background and a passion for strategy and data-drivendecision-making? ttg Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior FinancialAnalyst for a fast-paced, high-impact role in the entertainmentindustry. In this position, you’ll support core financial functionsincluding planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, whiledriving strategic initiatives across departments.

Responsibilities:

Lead month-end close activities and assist with quarterlyfluctuation analysis Drive the forecast and annual budgeting cycles acrossdepartments Maintain and update program rights schedules and cash flowforecasts for key business segments Prepare and deliver executive-level financial reports andoperational review presentations Oversee royalty revenue and payouts, including talent licensing andmusic rights Generate billing requests and manage vendor payment workflows Manage balance sheet reconciliations and financial dataintegrity Support ad hoc financial modeling and strategic initiatives asrequested by senior leadership

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5-10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis oraccounting Strong hands-on accounting background, including general ledger,reconciliations, and financial statements Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Wordand PowerPoint Familiarity with Oracle applications (especially PBCS) is stronglypreferred Experience in the entertainment industry is required Proficiency in financial systems and data visualization tools(Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus ttg Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer andrecruiting agency.
