Role:

+ Experience in the Real Estate industry with Multi Family + Strong Financial modeling skills + and Underwritting + Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish + Min of a Bachelors Degree in

Finance or RealEstate Responsibilities:

+ Analyzing and interpreting complex financial data from real-estate joint ventures. + Providing comprehensive explanations on different joint venture opportunities based on financial data. + Reviewing financial information related to (multifamily residential) land, term sheets, and overall financial outlook. + Employing financial modeling techniques to support strategic initiatives. + Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling tasks. + Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial models and reports. + Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and review the financial implications of joint venture opportunities.
