We’re looking for an Entry Level Investment Analyst to join our team and help with data-driven decisions across our growing self-storage network.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with asset management to align investment analysis with property performance goals and strategic initiatives Analyze real estate investment opportunities by compiling data on property performance, market trends, cap rates, and cash flows Build and maintain Excel-based financial models to support acquisition and disposition analysis Assist with underwriting and due diligence by sourcing and validating relevant property and market data Prepare regular reports and dashboards on portfolio performance, asset KPIs, and risk metrics Monitor and research market trends, economic indicators, and competitor benchmarks Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal systems and investment documents
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field Advanced Excel skills required (e.g., financial modeling, pivot tables, Vlookup, data visualization) Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail Basic understanding of real estate investment concepts (NOI, IRR, cap rate, cash-on-cash return) Effective communication skills and ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders Why Work With Us?
