We research claims, analyze denials and solve problems while adding value to VaxCare’s bottom line. As a result, we play an important part in the company’s rapid growth! We are searching for someone who is passionate about identifying trends, developing people, and improving processes to maximize performance.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

Lead team to identify trends to aggregate denied payer claims into payer trends Lead collection of claims aggregated into payer trends Analyze data sets using analysis tools Drive team productivity by monitoring metrics and coaching team members Drive team quality by monitoring metrics and coaching team members Analyze data to determine areas for improvement to achieve team metrics Execute training, operational processes, and strategies to maintain performance Prepare and present weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to management that measures progress against established goals Determine process improvement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness Implement solutions to improve process flow for faster bucketing of payer claims into trends

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum of five years experience in previous Healthcare Collections Role Previous supervisory experience leading collection teams to successful results The ability to manage a large amount of data, and deliver an informative, relevant message from its content Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Very Strong Microsoft excel skills required. SQL preferred.
