Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic self-motivated result driven Team Leader in our DPO business to manage F&A Service delivery for a Global Fortune 100 Client. The Position envisages end to end responsibility for managing and delivering finance and accounting related activities (AR, AP, RTR, FP&A) across Multiple Locations ensuring adherence to agreed expected service level agreements, timelines and quality of output. Experience in Financial Services or related industries would be preferred . Focus Area Oversee day to day operations and guide the team of PMOs when required Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 4-5 resources, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to team members. Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs Manage team workload and ensure timely completion of tasks. Prepare and review agreed reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Implement and monitor new processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial procedures. Collaborate with onshore stakeholders & departments to ensure alignment on expected deliverables Communicate information clearly and concisely to all relevant parties Represent in meetings and projects. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. Proven experience in leading and managing a finance team with at least 6+ years of work experience Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. Experience with financial reporting and analysis. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in financial software and systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in working and managing teams in a large F&A Accounts for 3rd party BPOs. Experience in Financial Services or related industries would be preferred .
