We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and take ownership of Operational Finance across our business units. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization and a critical leadership position within our Finance function.

Position Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst – Operational Finance will act as a strategic partner to department heads and business unit leaders, driving data-backed decision making, optimizing financial performance, and managing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. You’ll play a key role in shaping financial strategy and ensuring operational excellence across the company’s expanding footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the operational finance function across all business units Serve as the primary finance partner for business line leaders, offering insights into financial performance and guidance on decision-making Own the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes across departments Create and maintain detailed financial models for revenue, cost, and margin analysis Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, driving initiatives for continuous improvement Analyze business trends, identify risks and opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR to align financial strategies with business goals Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for the SVP of Finance and other stakeholders Lead and mentor junior finance team members

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred) 3-8 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with executive leadership Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment SE# 510727016
