Description/Comment:
Strong accounting background as will doing reconciliations, journal entries, etc. Deal effectively with third-party travel partners (hotel, rental car, etc.) Review contracts and make sure that payments are accurate per the agreements. This position is responsible over month-end financial close process through G/L account analysis, prepare and review of adjustment journal entries, and balance sheet accounts reconciliation. Supports cost components related to business package sales, and ad hoc analysis at management request. Responsible for overseeing the 3rd party vendor payment process driven by client travel packages sold through TravelBox. Works with various partners on product development and configurations related to package setup to ensure proper cost calculations in TravelBox. Basic Qualifications Requires a professional that is highly motivated and a self-starter. This individual must be able to develop professional relationships with various business partners, analyze and decipher accounting data to accurately review the department’s reporting obligations. They must be able to identify problems and develop innovative solutions to further efforts toward continuous process improvements.
