Role:

You will lead efforts to analyze monthly profit and loss (P& L) statements, reconcile balance sheets, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting while providing actionable insights to decision-makers. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clinical and administrative leaders, optimizing alignment between financial objectives and patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

+ Analyze monthly P& L statements and monitor financial performance across service lines. + Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and maintain adherence to healthcare industry standards. + Build and refine financial models to support strategic planning and evaluate budget performance. + Collaborate on studies related to cost analysis, patient reimbursement, and healthcare KPI tracking. + Partner with various departments to meet short- and long-term financial objectives.

Requirements What You Bring:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field (CPA or MBA preferred). + 3-5 years’ experience in accounting and financial roles, with healthcare-sector expertise highly valued. + Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and reimbursement principles in healthcare. + Advanced skills with financial software and tools like Oracle, SAP, or Excel.
