Provide full-time administrative support to CFO Primary responsibility is to Maintain License and Permit Service Agreement, leases, Gift Card system, concessions payments and some monthly Balance sheet accounts reconciliation. Purchase orders for IT. Assist with month end closing, Balance sheet account and report analysis. Assist with annual budget preparation. Other duties as assigned. Essential Functions Concession, contract, License and permit and other payment maintenance Maintain and update Contract safe Maintain and update all Certificate of insurance Maintain and update all licenses and permits worksheets Assist with month end closing, Reconciliations of accounts Gift cards, Concessions assist with department projects Administrative support to the CFO Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by The Boca Raton from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Internal Relationships Chief Financial Officer Director of Finance Controller Director of FP&A Qualifications Able to shift among different projects and tasks quickly Strong organizational, communication, writing, and excel skills Education/Experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree 2-3+ years in Hospitality Working knowledge of MS, Excel and Outlook, Word Experience in high volume environment Hotel accounting and general office experience preferred Physical Requirements Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
