Job Description

Financial Reporting Analyst 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars West Palm Beach, FL 33401 The Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering daily financial reporting on the family’s wealth, overseeing cash management functions, and maintaining the investment and accounting records for a portfolio of holding companies. The role requires strong technical accounting skills, a high level of professionalism, and confidence in handling sensitive financial information. This position is best suited for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a structured, formal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Financial Reporting:

Generate and distribute daily wealth reports using an established Excel-based model.

Cash Management:

Prepare and reconcile daily cash reports; manage liquidity and coordinate funding across various entities.

Investment Oversight:

Maintain records for the investment portfolio; trading activity is minimal, but ongoing monitoring of balances and performance is required.

Entity-Level Accounting:

Assist in accounting and reporting for 5-6 holding companies, ensuring reconciliations and ledger accuracy.

System Maintenance:

Utilize QuickBooks for general ledger accounting and contribute to ongoing reporting improvements. Coordination with

External Advisors:

Work closely with legal, tax, and financial advisors to ensure timely and accurate reporting across all entities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required CPA designation or progress toward CPA strongly preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting; family office or private investment experience a plus Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in QuickBooks strongly preferred Strong attention to detail, high degree of integrity, and ability to manage confidential information Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
