Senior Financial Analyst Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Position Overview:

We have partnered with a company who is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support commercial real estate investment strategies. This role involves in-depth financial analysis, lease abstraction, budgeting, and due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, a proactive mindset, and a passion for real estate investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze leases, budgets, operating statements, and reconciliations for commercial properties. Build and maintain financial models and proformas using Excel and Argus. Prepare annual budgets and year-end reconciliations. Support acquisition and disposition efforts through financial due diligence. Abstract lease terms and assess financial impact. Collaborate with teams to evaluate asset performance and identify value-add opportunities. Conduct property tours as needed to support investment analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Argus Enterprise is strongly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Must have Commerical Real Estate experience and working knowledge of lease agreements
