Accounting Consultant 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 710 Carillon Pkwy, Saint Petersburg, FL 33716 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist CFO with development of pricing and billing internal control frameworks. Review and validate pricing contracts against billing codes to ensure accuracy. Document process flows in both narrative and flowchart formats to identify gaps and improve controls. Design new process flows for fee-based services. Develop reconciliation procedures to ensure billing accuracy. Apply analytical testing to validate the accuracy of invoicing. Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as needed. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
8+ years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, internal controls Accounting degree required. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required. Strong internal controls and auditing knowledge. Advanced Excel skills. Solid data analysis and problem-solving abilities. In-depth understanding of accounting principles. Organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Experience with financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
