With a rich history of innovation, we are seeking a skilled and driven Financial Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in driving our accounting department forward. Position Overview We are seeking a Financial Data Analyst to join our Accounting team. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and logical thinker with a strong understanding of accounting processes and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Rather than focusing solely on traditional accounting tasks, this role emphasizes data processing, problem-solving, and continuous improvement using ERP tools. Key Responsibilities

• Process, manage, and analyze financial data using ERP software
• Support AP, AR, and collections functions with a systems-focused approach
• Reconcile and validate financial data across multiple sources and departments
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend system-driven improvements
• Generate financial reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Operations, Sales, IT) to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Troubleshoot ERP issues related to financial transactions and data processing
• Assist with monthly and quarterly close processes and reporting requirements. Qualifications
• MBA in Finance or related field
• 2+ years of experience working with ERP systems in a finance or accounting environment
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; ability to interpret and manipulate large sets of financial data
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, including AP, AR, and collections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus What We Offer
