Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Sarasota Florida. This role is essential to driving financial insights, strategic decision-making, and the continuous improvement of financial processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of financial systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Some of the Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: + Conduct financial modeling to analyze the financial impact and assess a program’s financial viability for existing and potential clients. + Identify opportunities for improvement and other analysis for decision making. + Analyze strategic problems using data and information to provide financial insights and recommendations. + Analyze data to identify areas of opportunity and develop proposals and strategies for program development and revisions to existing programs. + Accuracy is paramount to all aspects Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of data mining techniques and business systems.
