We are seeking an experienced and dedicated team member able to analyze and process numerous reports, containing large volumes of data in an accurate and timely manner. This Accounting Analyst position works in the Digital Services department, which supports our membership and staff by providing support for credit and debit card products, general inquiries about our ATMs, as well as other digital services. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reconcile our Debit Card network transactions on a daily basis and process necessary adjustments. Complete a daily and monthly review analysis of our ATMs’ cash levels. Download and process the daily ATM Cash Vendor Reports and Journals. Process the daily Digital Services Journal Vouchers. Reconcile the daily ATM Deposit Automation Check Images report. Oversee the management of requested archived checks from our ATM vendor. Review and complete a weekly analysis of our ATMs’ cash over/short General Ledger account. Maintain ATM Funds spreadsheet for weekly Federal Reserve Bank reporting. Complete forecasting and submit the weekly ATM Cash Order for our entire ATM fleet. Monitor the ATM cash replenishment service schedule to ensure timely accuracy by our cash vendor. Responsible for the Digital Services Month End Reports and Journals. Provide senior management with a monthly report of our Affinity Debit Card accrual totals. Assist the Accounting team with the monthly reconcilement of various General Ledger accounts. Ensure quarterly ATM cash and Visa plastics inventory audits are completed accurately. Maintain and update, as needed, various departmental reports and procedures. Serve as a backup for multiple departmental responsibilities. Participate in special assignments and/or projects as needed
Requirements Education and Experience:
Qualifications include a four-year degree in business, accounting, or finance and/or equivalent experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (ie Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Financial Institution, SQL/PowerBi and/or research/analytical experience a plus.
