Sr Financial Analyst Position Available In Seminole, Florida

Summary:

Seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to oversee payroll processing, ensure compliance, and support complex payroll functions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred 5+ years of payroll experience with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role Experience with large-scale payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG, SAP, Oracle) required

Preferred Skills:

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) Multi-state and/or global payroll experience

Job Responsibilities:

Review and validate payroll for multiple pay groups on a biweekly/monthly basis Ensure compliance with laws, internal policies, and tax regulations Research and resolve complex payroll issues Serve as liaison with HR, Finance, IT, Shared Service provider, and third-party providers Prepare and reconcile payroll-related reports Support audits by providing documentation and explanations Lead or assist in payroll projects such as system upgrades and vendor transitions Train and mentor HR team members to ensure knowledge transfer
