Position Summary:

This role will serve as the right-hand personto the hiring manager, playing a critical role during a majorfinancial transformation. The initial focus will bereporting-heavy, but it will quickly evolve into a more dynamicrole centered around building innovative analytics and handling adhoc financial projects. KeyResponsibilities:

Heavy financial reporting work early on,transitioning into strategic analytics Develop and deliver customad hoc analysis as business needs evolve Support financialtransformation initiatives with actionable data insights Build newtools, dashboards, and reporting methods to improve financialdecision-making

Highly Preferred:

Strong background in data andanalytics within finance is highly preferred Ability to craft aresume that tells a story-clearly articulating contributions andimpact rather than listing responsibilities Should be comfortableoperating in a changing environment and working closely withleadership
