Position Summary:
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role on the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, supporting a wide range of financial functions across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple departments, including Accounting, Land Finance, and Division operations, while contributing to the analysis and reporting that drive strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with FP&A, Land Finance, and Accounting teams to learn core financial processes and gradually take ownership of FP&A responsibilities Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly financial reports to internals stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Provide financial analysis and insights to support senior leadership, the Board of Directors, and both internal and external partners Conduct ad hoc analysis to evaluate company performance and support special projects Develop and maintain pro forma financial models for new development opportunities Support the preparation of annual budgets by working closely with Divisional and corporate finance teams
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 0-3 years relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related discipline Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data analysis, financial modeling) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines We are an equal employment opportunity employer and a certified Drug Free Workplace.
