Role:
Georgia Options is seeking a Finance Coordinator to support the financial health of our organization and the individuals we serve. This role is key to ensuring compliance across accounting, payroll, and representative payee services and managing general business operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable/receivable and process bill payments Oversee QuickBooks and Bill.com records and reporting Maintain representative payee compliance, including benefits and asset tracking Assist with payroll and grant financial reporting Serve as liaison with accountants, auditors, and families/guardians Ensure ongoing licensing and compliance for the nonprofit
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s preferred) Minimum 2 years of A/P and A/R experience Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel required Experience with payroll systems and nonprofit operations a plus
