Key Responsibilities:
FinancialAnalysis & Planning Develop and maintain financial models tosupport budgeting, closing periods, forecasting, and long-termplanning Analyze and communicate weekly metrics, monthly/quarterlyresults, and annual projections Review financial data to provideinsights and recommendations for cost control and efficiencyPrepare and present financial reports to leadership andstakeholders Support special analyses to evaluate new initiativesor changes in business strategies Identify opportunities to improveprocesses and streamline reporting Identify budget andyear-over-year variances with meaningful insights Adapt to changingpriorities and effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-pacedenvironment Work both independently and collaboratively acrossvarious teams Work with Finance Manager and Finance Director toalign financial goals with operational strategies Provide financialguidance to operational teams to ensure budget alignmentParticipate in regular meetings with support teams and leadershipto maximize revenue and profitability Identify opportunities toenhance workflows and implement best practices Use technology andautomation tools to streamline data collection, reporting, andanalysis
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,Business Administration, or related field 2-3 years of experiencein Finance or related area Strong analytical skills with attentionto detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools AdvancedExcel – including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs Experience with dataanalysis tools and programming languages beneficial but notrequired
