Join our South Division FP&A team and play a vital role insupporting the Director of FP&A. With approximately half of thefocus dedicated to financial reporting, you’ll be instrumental ingenerating daily sales information and contributing to internalfinancial narratives, collaborating with regional finance teams foran efficient monthly close. This impactful role also involvesdeveloping insightful monthly and quarterly financial metrics,providing a clear performance overview across South Divisionregional companies, with a significant focus on commission analysisand reporting. You will also be a key contributor to the annualbudget and quarterly forecasting processes, delivering insightfulad hoc analyses. We’re seeking someone who can effectively utilizetools like Power BI and has experience with automation to enhanceour reporting and analytical processes. This role is aboutproviding the Director of FP&A with the critical analysis androbust reporting needed to understand trends, optimize commissionstrategies, and inform the South Division’s financialdirection. Drive South Division Financial Reporting (Approximately 50%Focus): Generate and distribute daily sales information. Contribute to the monthly financial close process bycollaborating with regional finance teams. Develop and distribute insightful monthly and quarterlyfinancial metrics and reporting packages for the SouthDivision. Prepare periodic reports and presentations for the Director ofFP&A and potentially senior management. Utilize SAP’s Business Warehouse and Power BI to efficientlyextract, analyze, and visualize data for reportingpurposes. Identify and implement opportunities to automate reportingprocesses for improved efficiency and accuracy. Support Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (Approximately 50%Focus) Analyze key financial and operating metrics (sales trends,margins, expenses, capital utilization) specific to the SouthDivision, providing clear and concise analysis to the Director ofFP&A. Assist in the development of sophisticated financial modelssupporting South Division strategy and corporate FP&A, with afocus on forecasting, scenario planning, and commissionimpact. Take a significant role in the detailed analysis and reportingof sales commissions, ensuring accuracy, providing varianceanalysis, and collaborating on commission-related tasks. Participate in the annual budget and quarterly forecastingprocesses for the South Division, working closely with regionalfinance and supporting the Director of FP&A’sinitiatives. Conduct insightful ad hoc analyses as requested by the Directorof FP&A. Stay informed of industry trends and technologies, contributingfresh perspectives to enhance our financial analysis and reportingcapabilities within the South Division. Execute assigned projects and tasks as directed by the Directorof FP&A. ________________________ Are you a MATCH?

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. MBApreferred.

Experience:

3+ years of progressive financial reporting andanalysis experience with a proven track record. Public accountingexperience and significant experience with commission analysis arehighly valued. Experience with Power BI and automationtools/techniques is a plus.

Technical Expertise:

Advanced Excel and financial modelingskills are critical. Experience with Power BI and other datavisualization tools is highly desirable. Strong proficiency in SAPor other ERP is preferred. Familiarity with automation tools (e.g.,SQL, Python) is a plus.

Strong Analytical & Reporting Skills:

Excellent analyticalskills with the ability to interpret complex data and generateclear, actionable insights and robust financial reports,particularly related to financial performance and commissionstructures.

Effective Communication Skills:

Strong oral and writtencommunication skills with the ability to clearly convey financialinformation to various audiences, including the Director ofFP&A and regional teams.

Demonstrated Results Orientation:

Proven ability to managedeadlines, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work ina dynamic environment, directly supporting the Director ofFP&A’s objectives.
