Financial Operations Analyst Fast-paced investment firm seeks a Financial Operations Analyst to support portfolio company growth through data, reporting, and financial analysis. This is not an investment role but focuses on improving operations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage portfolio reporting Build dashboards and conduct performance analyses across companies
Support onboarding and integration of new portfolio companies
Benchmark financial metrics using internal and external data
Maintain reporting systems and assist with monthly reporting packages
Collaborate with company CFOs and internal teams to improve insights
Assist in creating financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow
Support ERP and system implementations at portfolio companies
Drive best practices in financial reporting and data analytics
Help identify cost-saving opportunities and build standardized tools
Location & Travel:
Atlanta based with 1 day remote. Up to 30% travel.
Qualifications:
2+ years of financial analysis including FP&A experience
Advanced Excel Experience working for a consulting firm and interfacing with external clients in a transaction advisory or CFO advisory role or experience in a FP&A role at a SaaS software company
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or Accounting
